  For the past 4 years, I have been doing Crossfit with personal training and have been terrified to join a box. I am almost 50 with injuries from running and can't do a lot of things. What was the point to take a class where I couldn't do anything. Crossfit Sayreville has been especially attentive to working around my injuries even as I am with different coaches for different classes. I get a challenging workout that is suited to what I can do and still feel respected in what I have been able to do even if my weights are much lower and I have to modify modify modify. So glad to be part of this community of all sorts of people and all ages - older and younger than me!
